Once you learn EFT, you won't care how it works, you'll just be very grateful that it does work. Understand that you can study EFT for years, read volumes about it and become a "technical expert".  But you cannot possibly understand the astonishing "magic" of EFT until you experience it yourself.  The best way to experience EFT the first time is with a certified EFT practitioner.
